Terms & Conditions

THE SOUND INSTITUTE (TSI)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all programs offered by The Sound Institute. By enrolling in any course, students agree to the following terms.

Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the applicable program fee. Seats are limited and offered on a first-come basis.

Enrollment is non-transferable. The registered student cannot transfer their seat to another individual.

Attendance

Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions regularly. In case of missed classes, adjustments may be provided based on availability, as per the Refund Policy.

Students are expected to arrive on time. Sessions will begin as scheduled and may not be extended for late arrivals.

Batch Scheduling

The Sound Institute reserves the right to modify batch timings, schedule, or mentor assignment when required. Students will be informed of any changes.

Batches are subject to minimum enrollment. In case of insufficient enrollment, students may be moved to the next available batch.

Program Structure

Course content and structure may be updated periodically to improve learning outcomes.

Studio & Equipment Usage

Students are expected to use studio equipment responsibly. Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse may be chargeable.

Recording of Sessions

Recording of sessions, course material, or studio setup is not permitted without prior approval from The Sound Institute.

Course Material Usage

Course materials, templates, and session content are provided for personal learning only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

Software & Plugins

Students may be introduced to third-party software or plugins during training. The Sound Institute is not responsible for providing personal licenses for such software.

Personal Belongings

The Sound Institute is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the premises.

Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during sessions. The Sound Institute reserves the right to remove any student for misconduct, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct. No refund will be applicable in such cases.

Intellectual Property

Students retain ownership of original work created during the program. Course materials and teaching content remain the property of The Sound Institute.

Media & Promotional Use

The Sound Institute may capture photos or videos during sessions for educational and promotional purposes, including website and social media usage.

Certification

Certificates may be provided upon completion of the program. Issuance of certificates is based on participation and course completion.

Career Guidance

Programs are designed to provide training and guidance. The Sound Institute does not guarantee job placement, internships, or specific career outcomes.

Fees & Payments

Fees applicable at the time of enrollment will remain valid for that batch only. Payment schedules must be followed as agreed.

Acceptance

By enrolling in any program, students acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions along with the Refund Policy.
