Overview
Mixing & Mastering Fundamentals is designed for learners who want to understand how recorded material is cleaned, balanced, and prepared for release. The course focuses on structured workflows and critical listening rather than preset-driven approaches.
Students work closely with audio material to understand how technical decisions shape the final sound.
Curriculum & Learning
Students learn to import and organise sessions, clean recorded material, and establish proper gain structure. The course explores equalisation and compression in depth, along with different processing techniques and practical use cases.
Foundational mastering and delivery concepts are introduced to help students understand how mixes are finalised for different platforms.
Outcomes
By the end of the course, students are able to approach mixing with structure and intent, apply EQ and compression effectively, and develop clean, balanced mixes.
Eligibility
Students who have completed Class 12 (or equivalent) with a basic working proficiency in English and Hindi. A basic understanding of DAW operation, recording, or prior production experience is recommended.
